Apache Workforce LLC is hiring Mechanical Assemblers in the Houston, TX area. Roles involve hands-on assembly of mechanical systems and components in a production shop, with long-term growth into lead-level positions based on performance and experience.

Shifts include day and night options; weekly pay with benefits. You will assemble components, use tools, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe work area while supporting production flow across teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineered drawings and assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, fasteners and structural components.
• Experience with torque wrenches, levels, calipers, and measuring tools.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Forklift or material handling experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies using blueprints and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic powered equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Install mechanical parts such as frames, panels, piping, tubing, and hardware.
• Perform quality checks using measuring, alignment, and torque tools.
• Identify and report defective materials or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support production flow and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
