Job summary

RENA Technologies North A in Albany, OR is seeking a Mechanical Assembler II to assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will follow blueprints, BOMs, and drawings to build sensors, pneumatic panels, and robot sub-assemblies.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3 years of manufacturing assembly experience (semiconductor preferred). You may use a hot air welder and GF IR-63+ fusion welder, and participate in equipment upgrades in a standard production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent military experience.
• 3 years manufacturing assembly experience in semiconductor preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints.
• Basic computer skills to review drawings and BOMs.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Assemble level sensor and pneumatic panels using schematics, drawings, and BOMs.
• Assemble robot sub-assemblies using assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Install plumbing parts using drawings; tack weld brackets with a hot air welder.
• Run air lines from pneumatics to valves, pumps, and tanks.
• Perform fusion welds on PP, PVDF, and PFA piping with GF IR-63+ welder.
• Assist in final tool setting and system testing.
• Assist in facility equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance.
