Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–10 years related assembly experience.
• Reads blueprints, drawings and uses precision measuring instruments.
• Proficient in basic hand and power tools; able to operate torque wrenches.
• Minimum 3 years heavy equipment assembly experience.
• Good standing with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, reworks and repairs on mechanical or electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Assemble components such as engines, drive trains, generators and related housings.
• Fitting, mounting, alignment and testing as part of the assembly process.
• Promote safety awareness and support quality/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
