Trillium Staffing is seeking Mechanical Assemblers for a Direct Hire opportunity in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. This role involves building large-scale, custom-engineered equipment for marine and industrial use. Responsibilities include assembling components, operating cranes, and performing various mechanical tasks. Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies to build large custom equipment.
• Install engines, pumps, tires, conduit and hydraulic systems.
• Assemble and install components including wiring, hoses, and hydraulics using power tools and hand tools.
• Lift, move, and stack completed assemblies and parts.
• Operate overhead and jib cranes to position materials.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Previous mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
