Job summary

Techneeds LLC is seeking an Assembler III to contribute to the manufacturing of advanced military, aerospace, land vehicles, aircraft, and space systems. You will complete product assemblies by precisely aligning parts, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring quality standards in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 9/80 work pattern.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and work orders.
