Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking a motivated Mechanical Assembler for Edgewater, FL. This first-shift position offers up to $27 per hour, based on experience and skill.

You will assemble marine components, use hand and power tools, and follow safety and quality procedures while collaborating with the team. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules. Previous marine or machinery assembly experience is preferred to ensure precision and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, marine, or related skilled trade environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and install marine components per specifications and standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Work independently with minimal direction while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Identify and address quality issues, defects, and process inefficiencies.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production and scheduling requirements.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Mechanical Assembler's for projects located in or around Edgewater, FL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. • Assemble, fit, and install marine components according to specifications and production standards
