The Role

Examine tools and portable power equipment (such as acetylene cutting torches and tips, pneumatic hammers, portable grinders, tampers, portable drills, impact wrenches, portable pumps, and pressure gages), upon return to tool room to detect damages or excessive wear and to insure that they are in suitable condition for reissue. Recalibrate precision measuring tools against standards, making simple adjustments. In addition, may issue tools and equipment from tool room and keep necessary checks and records. Experience: 1 to 4 years.
