Job summary

Bobby's Truck and Bus Repair in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a Mechanical & Shop Manager to lead a busy mechanic shop and a new school bus dealership. This role focuses on ensuring service, productivity, and quality goals.

The successful candidate will supervise shop activities, manage scheduling and inventory, and maintain safety compliance while communicating effectively with staff and customers. A strong background in automotive or heavy vehicle management and hands-on repair experience is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience in an automotive or heavy vehicle service environment.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanical experience in heavy truck and bus repairs.
• Good driving record (CDL preferred) and personal tools.
