Job summary

Neff's Diesel Repair & Performance, LLC is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our in-person shop. The role emphasizes learning efficient processes in a calm, supportive environment and working on diesel systems with a team that values technique and reliability.

You will operate in a 5-day schedule (Monday through Friday) in a heated and air-conditioned shop, with a culture that prioritizes appreciation, paid holidays, health benefits, and ongoing training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical, Suspension, Brakes, Emissions and Transmissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance work on vehicles in a heated and well-equipped shop.
• Collaborate with service advisors to plan and complete repairs efficiently.
• Adhere to safety standards and quality workmanship on every job.
