Job summary

Nevada Pic A Part (Nvpap) in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Mechanic to perform hands-on vehicle and equipment maintenance, while upholding company image and procedures. The role requires experience with diesel mechanics, tool readiness, and diligent documentation in line with SOPs.

We offer a full-time 8-hour shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm) with a pay range of $25.00–$40.00 per hour, along with health and retirement benefits after probation and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Diesel mechanical experience required.
• Adequate mechanical tool inventory for daily tasks.
• Valid Driver’s License and DOT drug testing compliance.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with company guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair company equipment with minimal supervision.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for operators by performing repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrate willingness to take directions and follow instructions.
• Adhere to the schedule and maintain regular attendance.
• Maintain a clean shop and work areas.
• Attend employee meetings and training courses.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 hr

Hours: 8-hour shift, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Summary

Perform hands-on support and guidance to employees. Present to co-workers a professional self-image and Company image. Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with company guidelines. Perform necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Diesel Mechanical experience
