Job summary

The Borough of Beach Haven is accepting applications for a full-time mechanic’s helper. Applications may be obtained on the Official Beach Haven website or at Borough Hall. The Borough of Beach Haven is an equal opportunity employer and an alcohol/drug free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement.
• Steering and Suspension ASE and Brake ASE certifications required.
• Experience with diesel engines and hydraulic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on Police Cars, Public Works Trucks and Public Works Equipment.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure safe operation.
