Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Mechanic to diagnose and repair braking systems, suspensions, and steering components. You'll perform alignments, replace components, balance tires, and conduct routine maintenance to keep guests safely on the road.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional mechanical experience.
• Brakes, suspension, steering, and alignments proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Detail-oriented and team-driven.
• Open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform brake jobs (disc/drum, lathe work).
• Handle suspension repairs (struts, shocks, control arms).
• Perform alignments and steering system repairs.
• Replace under-hood components (water pumps, alternators, radiators, belts, hoses).
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires.
• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance.
• Test and install batteries.
• Keep shop organized, stocked, and safe.
