## **Mechanic - 1st Shift**This is an excellent opportunity to be a key player at our Latham, New York facility where we manufacture magnets for MRI machines.**Your role:*** Operate and maintain handheld and bench-mounted power tools (e.g., drills, riveters, torque drivers, grinders) to accurately fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components for MRI systems while following safety and ESD protocols.* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to interpret technical drawings, perform precise assemblies, and document tool usage and maintenance to ensure compliance with medical-device manufacturing standards.**You're the right fit if:*** You have a high school diploma or equivalent.* You have experience with light industrial or home improvement work.* You have worked with soldering, wiring, fabrication or in a general warehouse setting.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
