Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is seeking a Mechanic for 1st Shift to operate and maintain high-speed lamp making equipment in a fast-paced setting. You will troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and change over equipment to meet specifications and production requirements.

Responsibilities include using testing equipment, following detailed product specs, and maintaining production, quality, and maintenance records. Growth and benefits are highlighted in this role.

Your new responsibilities

Job Description:

Will work under limited supervisionoperatingand maintaining assigned pieces of complex high-speed lamp making equipment in a fast-paced work environment.

It will be expected that they will become proficient at troubleshooting, adjusting,repairingand changing over said equipment ina timelyfashion, meeting the product specifications and the production requirements of the department.

Will berequiredtoutilizevarious forms of testing equipment, follow detailed product specifications and prints, as well as follow direction through verbal and written instructions.

Will berequiredtomaintaintheappropriate production, quality, SPC, maintenance records, and interact with machine information systems.

Mayassistin lower grade jobs in the department as needed.
