Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Launchpad Technician to support the construction of the launch pad, mount, and tower for Starship launches. The role welcomes electricians, avionics, fluids technicians, mechanics, Navy/nuke, instrumentation, and integration technicians.

This is a permanent, fully onsite position based out of Cocoa, FL. Pay ranges from $58,240 to $79,040 per year, with compensation influenced by qualifications, experience, and location. SpaceX benefits are TBD and TA ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks to construct the launch pad, mount, and tower for Starship launches.
• Install electrical systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Execute conduit bending, cable termination, and wire pulling.
• Conduct piping layout and installation.
• Calibrate, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic components.
• Ensure quality inspection of harnessing and cables.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
