Job summary

Go Coil II in Smithton, PA is seeking a Coiled Tubing Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair oilfield equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and pressure control systems, to ensure safe and efficient operation.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on coil tubing units, injectors, reel trailers, power packs, and related gear; diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and diesel issues; rig up and rig down equipment; and uphold OSHA, HSE, and company procedures.

Qualifications

Job Overview

Duties

• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on coil tubing units, injectors, reel trailers, power packs, and pressure control equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues to minimize downtime on field locations.
• Field Support: Rig up and rig down equipment, assist in, and, in some cases, operate machinery during oil and gas well services.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental), and company standard operating procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and inventory of parts.
• Component Overhaul: Repair or replace components such as pumps, motors, hoses, valves, and injectors.
