Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform bumper-to-bumper maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers. The role covers inspections, electrical troubleshooting, brake and tire work, and minor diesel engine repairs.

A valid DOT pre-employment screen and physical are required. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with trucks and trailers, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• 2 years experience on truck and trailer repair.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, background check and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Bumper to bumper preventive maintenance service and/or repair to tractors and trailers.
• Preventive maintenance inspections.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Brake system repair.
• Tire maintenance.
• Minor diesel engine repair.
• Air conditioning system repair.
