Job summary

Northwest Tire in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a mechanic to perform automotive and light truck repairs, including suspension and brakes, inspect DOT compliance, and perform diagnostics with the help of tire and lube techs. Must have own tools and be prepared for a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience or tech school completion, physical stamina, and teamwork. This position typically supports a 7:30am–5:30pm schedule with some Saturday work and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic or completion of tech school.
• Must have own tools for work.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand, walk, bend and stretch.
• Team player with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Repair automotive and light truck systems.

Job Location: 031 Devils Lake - Devils Lake, ND 58301. Mechanic.

Applicant should be career minded, self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Job duties will include automotive and light truck repair, suspension, brakes, DOT inspections, minor diagnostics and assisting tire and lube techs between bigger jobs.

Must have own tools. Experience required or tech school completion.

• Most jobs are rotating Saturdays, no Sundays. Hours of operation may vary but are generally 7:30am – 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Past mechanic experience and understanding of alignment equipment, diagnostic equipment, impact wrenches, etc.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and stretch on a regular basis.
• Must be a team player.
