Groundhog Landscaping in Derry, NH is seeking a full-time Mechanic to join our team. You will work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends free.

You will repair mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, edgers, spreaders, snowplows, and related equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and maintaining thorough records. This role emphasizes safety and readiness of all gear for the crew.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fuel systems in small engines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Skills using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Who you will be: take care of and fix equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, edgers, spreaders, snowplows, and more.
• Identify and repair mechanical and electrical problems and keep good records of work performed.
• Ensure equipment is safe and ready for use by the team.

You will find and fix mechanical and electrical problems, keep good records of all the work you do, and make sure we always have the parts we need. You will help make sure our equipment is safe and ready for the team to use.
