Job summary

Mech Field Coach role in Hagerstown with Manpower, Inc. to coach warehouse operators in safely operating advanced robotic and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, equipment, field service, training, or similar experience.
• Experience coaching, training, mentoring, or leading others is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable around mechanical, robotic, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to work on your feet in an active warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to support different shifts based on customer operating schedules.
