Overview

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you\'ll work out of our Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the mechanical design process by delivering high-quality and reliable products that meet customer needs and expectations. Your insights and recommendations will help drive the company\'s strategic direction in mechanical design and development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and drive the mechanical design process, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop complex mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Be a US Persons

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $104,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
