PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR MARI is seeking an Auto Mechanic to join our experienced team in Marietta. We operate a clean, fully air-conditioned workshop and pride ourselves on honesty, quality, and fair pricing.

Our family-owned shop has the owner on site, strong reviews, and very low turnover. You will diagnose issues, work on European, domestic, and Asian vehicles (50% European), and ensure maximum reliability and performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an auto mechanic with attention to European vehicles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.
  • Proficient with vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
  • Ability to handle a range of tools and heavy equipment safely.
  • Commitment to safety precautions to prevent accidents and exposure to fluids/chemicals.
  • Excellent physical condition for hands-on work.
  • High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • ASE certification is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicle engine and electrical components to diagnose issues.
  • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems for repair and maintenance.
  • Perform routine maintenance per factory schedules and requirements.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts and fix issues.
  • Provide accurate repair or maintenance recommendations.
  • Keep workspace and tools clean and organized.

We are looking for a Auto Mechanic to join our experienced team due to our growth. We have a CLEAN FULLY AIR CONDITIONED workshop, 5 star reviews and are family owned with the owner on site. We take great pride in the work we do for our customers, offering honesty and quality at a fair price. We value our employees and pride ourselves on a feel good atmosphere. Our employees have been with us for a long time and we have very little turn over. We work on European, Domestic and Asian vehicles with 50% being European. You will be responsible for trouble shooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. You have knowledge of mechanical and electric systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills to relay information to the service writer. European vehicle Experience is a plus.

  • Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
  • Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
  • Excellent physical condition
  • High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred
  • Valid certification (e.g ASE) is a definite plus
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
  • Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are required
  • Valid certification (e.g ASE) is a definite plus
