Job summary

Meijer in Illinois is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in our Fresh departments, helping customers find what they need and keeping displays fresh.

You'll work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, build connections, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment with safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You'll:

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.

$15.25 - $16.98
