Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot in Oakland is seeking a Stocker - Meat to stock shelves, provide fast service and maintain clean, safe work areas in the warehouse.

You will remove boxes, front-face items, inspect for HACCP compliance, assist in inventory rotation to prevent shrinkage, ensure accurate shelf pricing, and work with Hi-Lo operators to keep the selling floor stocked and safe. Physical demands include lifting up to 60+ lbs and cold environments.

• Essential on-the-job customer service and stocking skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous customer service.
• Stocking product on shelves and front-facing items.
• Performs HACCP-related inspections for safety.
• Assists in inventory rotation to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Ensures shelf pricing is current and accurate.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety, including spills and trash removal.
• Notifies supervisors of low stock and coordinates replenishment.
