Job summary

Mackenthun's Meat Service Case Specialist provides service at the front case, greeting customers and answering questions about meats and signature items. You will assist with packaging and merchandising to maintain a clean, organized display.

The role includes stocking, sanitizing equipment, and supporting the Meat Department with promotions and events, while upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to clearly speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and answer customer questions about Mackenthun’s meats and signature items.
• Package product for customers from the service case.
• Prepare and merchandise the fish and service cases.
• Maintain the sales floor and shelves to Mackenthun’s standards.
• Stock refrigerated and freezer cases and assist with promotions.
