The Fresh Market in Tallahassee is seeking team members to join our store across departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will help guests create meal solutions and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

As a team member, you will merchandise and stock products, assist guests, and maintain a hospitable store environment while upholding our standards of service and presentation.

• At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and learning their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products, and assist guests; ensure aisles are stocked and presentable.
• Present a professional appearance; adhere to uniform standards.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
