Job summary

The Fresh Market Inc. is seeking team members to work in Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End, delivering friendly guest service and helping customers find what they need.

You will merchandise products, restock shelves, assist guests, and uphold store standards while contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment. Must be 16 or older and able to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service consistently and engage with guests to understand their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist guests across departments.

• Gather shopping carts and perform general housekeeping to maintain store appearance.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
