Qualifications

• One to three years of sanitation work in a meat or seafood processing facility.
• Ability to document cleaning and sanitizing activities accurately.
• Experience with chemical handling in sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of the processing area and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory sanitation requirements.
• Assist in plant audits and emergency situations when required.

Skills

Knowledge of processing equipment and its breakdown for cleaning and sanitizing

Basic knowledge of industrial cleaning and sanitizing equipment

Ability to read and write English
