Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a packaging team member to join our meat and seafood packaging operations in a refrigerated facility. You will work on packaging machines, seal and box portions, and help maintain an efficient packing line with a twelve-person crew.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read simple instructions. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth and stability within a leading specialty food distributor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to add and subtract simple numbers and to multiply and divide.
• Able to work in a temperature controlled refrigerated plant.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum seal and box portions on easy to operate packaging machines.
• Weigh, label, and stack boxes on pallets for distribution.
• Work as part of a twelve person team.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
