Job summary

Empire Marketing Strategies is seeking a Retail Specialist to cover Kroger stores in the Denver area. You will manage in-store merchandising, build displays, restock products, and maintain salability of items across assigned territory.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license and 1–2 years in CPG or retail. You’ll collaborate with store personnel, analyze sales data, and support promotional programs in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report required.
• 1-2 years of CPG/grocery/retail industry related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelves and displays per planogram and merchandising guidelines.
• Conduct product analysis and reporting to assess in-store performance.
• Preserve promotional displays and ensure pricing accuracy across territory.
• Provide customer support and training to store personnel.
• Handle administrative duties and report progress regularly.
• Travel between store locations and collaborate with operations as needed.
