Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Meat Clerk in Tulsa, OK. You will be responsible for handling, preparing, and stocking meats, while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

This hands-on role requires knowledge of safe food-handling practices, ability to lift heavy loads, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help customers, maintain product knowledge, and support department operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service in the Meat Department.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and stock rotated meat.
• Weigh, inspect, and rotate meats to prevent aging.
• Assist customers with questions, orders, and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures in the department.
