Qualifications

• Experience in meat/seafood preparation or grocery/food service.
• Knowledge of meat/seafood types, freshness indicators and safe handling practices.
• Ability to assist customers with product selection and provide helpful cooking tips.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for handling raw products.
• Maintaining clean displays, monitoring product quality, and following packaging guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, package and display meat & seafood products to high quality standards.
• Keep the department clean, organized and compliant with food safety policies.
