Market of Choice is hiring a Meat & Seafood Clerk at an hourly rate starting from $16.10 to $19.10 depending on experience, with growth potential up to $21.00 per hour. The position offers a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance and a matching 401(k) plan.

As a Meat & Seafood Clerk you will cut, wrap, weigh and price meat to customer specifications, educate customers on cooking methods, and maintain strict sanitation standards in a friendly, in-store environment.

Qualifications

• Preference given to applicants with meat wrapping and/or seafood experience.
• Open availability.
• Must be 18 years or older.

DUTIES

Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and prompt friendly service to customers. As a Meat and Seafood Clerk some of your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately cut, slice, weigh, price and wrap meat, seafood and poultry to customer's specifications
• Be prepared to educate customers with various methods of cooking meat and seafood products
• Maintain our high level of sanitation standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Preference will be given to applicants with meat wrapping and/or seafood experience and open availability. You must be 18 years or older.
