Job summary

Dietz & Watson is seeking production workers to ensure the quality and efficiency of our meat products on multiple shifts. You will monitor flow through processing machinery, perform quality inspections, and address issues while packaging and labeling final goods.

Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn forklift handling with provided training. This role supports our commitment to safety and premium product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Adaptability to changing work conditions and production requirements.
• Military experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent flow of meat products through processing machinery.
• Perform visual inspections of products and packaging for quality control.
• Address quality issues promptly to maintain product standards.
• Facilitate material movement through lifting, pushing, and pulling products.
• Hand-stuff, formulate, and link products using traditional processes.
• Package finished products into pre-formed boxes for distribution.
• Monitor product temperatures to ensure packaging requirements are met.
• Adapt to changing production needs and priorities as required.
