Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Meat/Produce associate in Tempe, AZ to keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate products, and maintain food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, the associate ensures displays are organized and up-to-date.

The position is full-time with opportunities for incentives and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k). Live Better U education benefits are available to eligible employees.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $18 - $34 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
