Walmart Fort Wayne is seeking a Meat/Produce Associate to keep the Fresh area stocked and tidy, rotating products and maintaining food safety standards. You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensure Fresh displays are orderly throughout the shift.

The role supports daily store operations with attention to product placement, inventory, and customer assistance in a high-volume environment. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety standards and maintain clean displays.
• Attention to detail and able to rotate stock as needed.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $32 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
