Job summary

Walmart’s Neighborhood Market #3606 in Debary, FL is seeking Meat/Produce associates to keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate products, and uphold food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays remain orderly throughout the day.

This full-time role offers morning and opening shifts with hourly pay of $20–$33, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or tasks performed.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
