Job summary

Walmart is hiring at Neighborhood Market #2977 in Arlington, TX for a Full-Time Meat/Produce associate. The role focuses on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating products, and upholding food safety standards.

You’ll help move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain the Fresh displays throughout the day. This position offers an hourly wage with additional compensation potential, and a benefits package designed to support health, time off, education, and overall well-being.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
