Job summary

Walmart in Park Rapids, MN is hiring Meat/Produce associates to keep the Fresh area stocked and organized. You will rotate products and ensure food safety standards are met while moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintaining displays during the day.

This full-time position offers a wage range of $15–$28 per hour, with additional incentives and benefits as part of Walmart's compensation package. Shifts include Opening and Morning, with location at Walmart Supercenter #4244.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are helpful.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
