Job summary

Walmart in Marion, OH is seeking a Meat/Produce associate to stock the Fresh area and maintain displays. You will rotate products, ensure freshness and food safety, and move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.

The role is part-time with available shifts in the Opening and Morning periods, at Walmart Supercenter #1750 in Marion.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move merchandise.
• Excellent attention to food safety standards.
• Prior retail or grocery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock Fresh area and keep displays fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Rotate products and ensure proper product dating and freshness.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain organized displays.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
