Job summary

Walmart in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Meat/Produce associate to keep the Fresh area stocked and ensure proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.

This part-time role offers an overnight shift with compensation aligned to minimum wage and potential incentives and premiums based on schedule and performance.

Responsibilities

• Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked.
• They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards.
• After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
