Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Lenoir, NC is hiring for Meat / Produce associates to keep the Fresh area stocked and safe. You will rotate stock, move incoming merchandise to the floor, and maintain proper displays throughout the day.

This part-time role offers hourly pay with incentives and premiums, along with comprehensive benefits and education programs.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
