Job summary

Walmart Le Mars, IA is seeking Meat / Produce associates to keep the Fresh area stocked, rotate product, and uphold food safety standards. You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain fresh displays throughout the day.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing. Eligible for competitive pay, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, and education programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow food safety guidelines and rotate stock as needed.

• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain displays throughout the day.

Job description

Hourly Wage

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
