Job summary

Walmart is seeking Meat/Produce associates to keep Fresh areas stocked, rotate products, and maintain food-safety standards. You will help customers, stock displays, and support all fresh departments.

Roles include deli, bakery, and grocery tasks with emphasis on quality and customer service. This full-time position offers shift times starting between 8:00pm and 11:00pm, with compensation described as $14.00–$27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh food or grocery is a plus.

Role summary

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. What you’ll bring

• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready

Additional compensation

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
