Job summary

Walmart in Concord, NC is seeking a Meat/Produce associate to keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate products, and maintain proper food safety standards throughout the shift.

You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, ensure Fresh displays are neat, and support team members to deliver great customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with a range of benefits.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
