Job summary

Walmart is looking for Meat / Produce associates in Clayton, North Carolina to keep the Fresh area fully stocked and maintain proper food safety standards. You will work on shifting incoming merchandise to the sales floor and ensuring displays remain organized throughout the day.

Job Overview

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Salaries & Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
