Competenze

• Experience with meat cutting or food handling preferred.
• Ability to wear PPE and work safely in a production environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with back support when needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination and upper-extremity motor skills.

• Product inspection.
• Knife work - trimming.
• Cutting, sorting, skinning and boning meat with saws or knives.
