Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Stand for long shifts, up to 12 hours.
• Able to work in cold areas (20–40°F) and hot areas (>100°F).
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and use mechanical assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate meat cutting/packaging machines and related equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Maintain attention to production pace and quality output.
• Be prepared to work overtime as production demands.
