Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak English (preferred).
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality by trimming product to specification.
• Loads meat onto tables for trimmers to ensure workflow.
• Maintains clean and organized work area by removing waste materials.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned as needed.
