Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a General Laborer to support our production team. You will work on a meat processing line using hand tools, knives and machinery, focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.

This physically demanding role requires good hand-eye coordination, reliability and the ability to work overtime as needed; full-time employment with competitive starting pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for long shifts in cold environments (20–40°F) and warm areas (over 100°F).
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive motion.

• Operate on the production line with hand tools, knives, and machinery to process meat products.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on the line and assist teammates as needed.
• May work overtime based on production demands.
